LIsa Salisbury

Hi I’m Lisa and I’m a wife, mother and founder of Inspiring Energy Balance.

I support people with Energy Balance for health & wellbeing. Clearing, realigning & empowering your psychic energy with the help of medical intuitive & natural healing energies. Our psychic energy health has many energy levels contribute to our health and wellbeing If just one of these energy levels is “off” it can affect every aspect of our life from health to relationships even general day to day activities.

I work with a team of specialist spirit guides using Medical Intuitive, recognising the origin of poorly balanced health & wellbeing elements, clearing realigning and encouraging new positive changes.

Sessions can pinpoint the primary blockage points that are the root cause of every physical and psychological i.e. illness, injury, issue, condition or symptom. Most importantly without the client having to address on a cognitive level …. the why’s, when’s and how’s!

Acupuncture is a complementary system that uses fine needles inserted into specific points on the body.  These points tap into Qi, or energy, contained in meridians or channels that run along both the surface and deep into the body. When we are well, the Qi in the body moves properly, and we are healthy. When the Qi gets stuck, it can create physical and emotional pain or discomfort. By needling personalised points, you affect the body’s flow of Qi, to bring your body and mind back into balance.Personal Profile

Donna Robinson

Donna Robinson

Donna Robinson prides herself on an approach which is professional , Empathic, passionate, driven and outcome focused. Here is a little bit about my journey into the World of Mediation and how I decided to practice as a mediator.

“You always wonder “how” you end up at a certain point with your career but I have to say I truly believe my own personal life experiences brought me to mediation”. I spent many years in Financial Services . I am qualified with the Chartered Insurance Institute with Financial Planning Certificates to level 3/Diploma. I have a wealth of experience in the Commercial and Civil professional world across a wide range of areas.

My expert knowledge lies in property, finance and Mortgages. I trained and worked in this field for more than a decade. I progressed into Financial Services management at board level, working with the directors to steer a loss making subsidiary of the business into profit.

I have also worked in the field of commercial property and director / partnerships arrangements. I has worked and trained with Lloyds TSB bank were I was a senior account manager guiding customers with every aspect of their finances including debt recovery.

All of this experience can be transferred into tools that facilitate my mediation practice.

I was happily married with a growing family, my two children came along Kieron and Jess nearly 19 years ago, which provoked the first change in my career. Being a mum to two very small children. I waved goodbye to the world of suits and office life together with 40 plus hours a . my new life introduced me to new experiences were I became very interested in the therapy world.

“It was over the next few years I became qualified and experienced in certain areas of therapy work , however sadly my marriage fell apart and I divorced within those years. My whole experience through this process was horrendous and the worst time in a court battle that should never have been. I did not know there were other ways in which this process could have been managed.  Life taught me that other avenues would have stopped years of conflict for two families and our children who were stuck in the middle. My mum died five years ago. It was this that gave me the final push to study to be an Accredited Family Mediator helping others to face conflict in a positive way drawing from my own life experiences both personal and commercial together with many years of training to do this.

Throughout my career Donna has helped high profile clients such as Anthea Turner and features in her book “How to Survive Divorce” . “Having personally experienced being in the centre of conflict I feel this has given me invaluable personal experience towards my mediation career. I want to continue to help others maintain relationships in family and business going forward so their future is a positive place to be.”

Mediation encourages those in conflict situations to confront those issues in a safeguarded / controlled environment where the emotions are managed and opportunities are given to ensure all participants feel they are being heard thus enabling exploration of options in an objective way finding solutions / outcomes tailored for what matters most to them.

Donna is an experienced Civil Commercial and Accredited Family Mediator
